As part of Apex Systems Future Labs, you will be at the forefront of R&D, working on cutting-edge solutions that will define the industry standard for 2026 and beyond. You will collaborate with elite engineering teams and executive leadership to translate high-level concepts into actionable roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategies with business goals.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Computing.
- Lead the prototyping and evaluation of disruptive technologies to determine their viability for future product lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic tech stacks into current development cycles.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the tech landscape to ensure competitive advantage.
- Present technical visions and roadmap updates to executive stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product management with a focus on future trends.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact R&D projects or strategic initiatives.
- Deep technical expertise in at least two of the following: Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, or Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience in agile environments and a passion for continuous innovation.
