We are seeking a visionary Future Tech Lead to architect the technological roadmap for 2026. At Nexus Future Systems, we don't just adapt to the future; we define it. Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation of a comprehensive technology roadmap focused on the 2026 timeframe, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Emerging Tech Assessment: Monitor and evaluate disruptive technologies (e.g., AGI, Edge Computing, Web3) to determine strategic opportunities for the company.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product managers to define long-term technical strategies and investment priorities.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee experimental R&D initiatives, ensuring prototypes move efficiently from concept to viable product features.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical roadmaps into clear, compelling narratives for investors, partners, and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in a senior technical leadership role, with at least 5 years in a strategic planning or R&D capacity.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Masterâs degree preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of current software development lifecycles and familiarity with emerging paradigms (AI/ML, Quantum, Edge).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of identifying disruptive technologies and successfully integrating them into business strategies.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
