Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of advanced AI architectures, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Quantum-ready algorithms.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging trends and integrating them into our core product suite.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a high-performance team of researchers and developers, fostering an environment of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Security & Ethics: Ensure all future tech deployments adhere to the highest standards of data privacy, algorithmic bias mitigation, and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior architect role within a high-tech environment.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Quantum Computing fundamentals.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or C++ with experience deploying cloud-native applications on AWS or Azure.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and pivot technical strategies accordingly.
