Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, Web3)
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate sustainability into core tech operations
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and future-readiness
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Partner with product teams to incubate next-gen solutions for 2026 market needs
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends or innovation strategy
- Experience with sustainability frameworks (ESG, circular economy principles)
