Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (AI, Web3, Quantum, Spatial Computing).
- Evaluate the technical feasibility and ROI of emerging tech initiatives.
- Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Engineering teams to prototype and validate new concepts.
- Establish partnerships with tech startups, research labs, and academic institutions.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Masterās degree or PhD is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or product management.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI, Machine Learning, and Blockchain.
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives that resulted in measurable business growth.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and presentation skills.
