Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate technology innovation into corporate strategy
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Establish industry partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Mentor a 15-member cross-functional innovation team
- Present strategic visions to investors and board members quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record in launching disruptive tech products with measurable impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI governance, and decentralized systems
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
