Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and Fortune 100 innovators
- Conduct horizon-scanning research identifying disruptive technologies with 3-7 year impact
- Design governance frameworks for emerging technologies addressing ethical and security implications
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-backed projections
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- Proven track record developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, biotech convergence, or climate modeling
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology preferred
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar peer-reviewed journals
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D budgets and managing international innovation consortia
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (ACF or equivalent) required
