Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026+ technology adoption roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead market research on emerging tech trends (quantum, AR/VR, neurotech) and competitive landscapes
- Design innovation frameworks integrating AI ethics, sustainability, and human-centric design principles
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype next-gen solutions and validate technical feasibility
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario modeling
- Manage a $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies and tech literacy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or technology consulting
- Proven track record in scaling tech innovations from concept to market deployment
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTE, APF)
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Strong data modeling skills with proficiency in Python/R and visualization tools
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- PhD or Master's in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
