- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) to identify competitive advantages
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders for decision-making
- Manage innovation budget and ROI tracking for future-tech initiatives
- Author annual 'State of the Future' industry thought leadership reports
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of disrupting markets through technology innovation
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- C-level executive presence with exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience scaling global tech ecosystems and managing innovation portfolios
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTE)
