Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning with proven 2026 roadmap execution
- Expertise in AI governance, quantum computing architectures, and blockchain systems
- Published thought leadership in future-tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
