Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging tech domains
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Manage R&D portfolio with $50M+ annual budget allocation
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Future Leaders Program
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum commercialization
- Deep expertise in futures research methodologies
- Experience with federal tech policy frameworks
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent designation preferred
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic
