Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ in future-tech roles
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML solutions to enterprise level
- Expertise in quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech convergence
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with federal innovation grants (SBIR/STTR programs)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and strategic modeling frameworks
