Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech adoption
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for emerging tech disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage innovation sprints with engineering teams to prototype future solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or platforms
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTS) preferred
