Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging tech into enterprise operations
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for disruptive technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused project portfolio
- Build and mentor a team of future-tech specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ in emerging tech (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Proven track record of executing multi-year tech transformation programs
- Deep expertise in at least two of: generative AI, quantum algorithms, synthetic biology
- Experience scaling innovation from R&D to market deployment
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and board decisions
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, PhD, or equivalent experience)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
