- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech)
- Identify and assess disruptive trends through horizon scanning and competitive intelligence
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish innovation KPIs and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, Web3, AR/VR)
- Executive presentation skills with experience influencing C-level audiences
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field
