Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AGI, etc.) and their market implications
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Lead scenario planning for technological disruptions and paradigm shifts
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Experience with scenario planning and risk assessment methodologies
- Advanced degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy preferred
