Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and company vision
- Lead research initiatives in emerging technologies (quantum AI, biotech integration, AR/VR ecosystems)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning within tech or consulting (Fortune 500 preferred)
- Proven experience developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, Web3, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management
