Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or clean energy
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and stage-gate processes
