- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for next-gen product development
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future-proof technologies into organizational DNA
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present visionary tech roadmaps to stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, CTO Academy)
- Experience building and leading high-performance technical teams
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
