Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy framework, aligning with corporate vision and market disruption forecasts
- Lead innovation initiatives in next-gen domains: quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Partner with CTO and product heads to integrate emerging technologies into product roadmaps
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Represent company at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.) as thought leadership ambassador
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven technology portfolio management
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with demonstrated impact in Fortune 500 innovation ecosystems
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, and decentralized infrastructure
- Proven track record of launching revenue-generating products using future-facing tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Executive-level stakeholder management with board presentation experience
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Gartner TEP) or equivalent strategic planning
- Fluency in English with additional language proficiency preferred for global collaboration
