Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning emerging trends with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro interfaces) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast market shifts and customer needs for 2026+
- Develop competitive analysis frameworks for future tech landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor teams on future-proofing methodologies and adaptive innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or innovation consulting
- Proven experience developing long-term (5+ year) technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, AR/VR, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting preferred
