Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning process to identify key technological trends and emerging opportunities for the 2026 product roadmap.
- AI & Automation Strategy: Oversee the integration of Generative AI and autonomous systems into core business processes to drive efficiency and innovation.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with engineering and R&D teams to translate high-level strategy into actionable technical roadmaps and development milestones.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into global tech trends, competitor innovations, and regulatory shifts to maintain a competitive edge.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical strategies to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Future-Proofing: Assess infrastructure scalability and security requirements to ensure our platform remains resilient in the evolving digital landscape.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in product management, strategic consulting, or technology leadership within the tech industry.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (5-10 year horizon) and translate abstract concepts into concrete strategic plans.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, and Web3 technologies.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to diverse audiences (executives, developers, investors).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of navigating ambiguity and driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
