Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology initiatives including quantum computing, AI ethics, and metaverse integration
- Drive cross-functional R&D partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks for emerging tech adoption
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in next-gen technology implementation
- Secure and manage innovation budgets for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record scaling experimental technologies to commercial viability
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR, or advanced AI
- Executive-level experience in tech roadmap development
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals
- Strong background in ethical tech governance frameworks
