Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML initiatives to $100M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Published research in Nature or Science with 500+ citations
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for federal projects
