Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year technology strategy focusing on quantum computing, generative AI, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Conduct horizon scanning to detect emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop ROI models for futuristic technology investments
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive leadership and board members
- Ensure ethical compliance and sustainability integration in all tech initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within tech research ecosystems (MIT, Stanford, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
