Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) for enterprise integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with tech incubators, research labs, and disruptors
- Anticipate ethical implications and regulatory frameworks for future tech adoption
- Mentor R&D teams on technology adoption pathways
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies

- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
