- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory developments affecting innovation
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for collaborative R&D

Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven experience evaluating emerging technologies for commercial viability
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Executive communication skills for presenting strategic insights
