Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess their commercial viability
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops and hackathons to prototype future solutions
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech startups for early-stage adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory developments affecting innovation
- Manage a $2M innovation budget for experimental projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Certification in Innovation Management or Technology Strategy preferred
