Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends and market disruptions to inform strategic planning for 2026+
- Develop comprehensive roadmaps for integrating cutting-edge innovations into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to evaluate and prototype next-gen technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Monitor ethical implications and regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong communication abilities to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
