- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with market disruption forecasts
- Drive innovation sprints with global tech incubators and academic partners
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging threats and opportunities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record launching paradigm-shifting products
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in future-tech journals/conferences
- Certifications in foresight methodology (e.g., CFMP preferred)
- Experience with global tech policy frameworks and ethical standards
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
