Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals (2018-2024)
- Expertise in federated learning and neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of scaling systems to 10M+ users
- Patents in AI security or distributed systems preferred
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
