Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and ethics teams
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (e.g., neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Partner with policy advisors to shape regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human augmentation
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor junior futurists through our Tech Vanguard program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or hypergrowth startups
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Published research or patents in future-oriented technology fields
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
- Experience navigating complex regulatory landscapes for emerging tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Strategic Foresight
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology commercialization successes
