Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology strategy aligning with organizational vision for 2026
- Lead market research on emerging technologies (quantum, AI ethics, biotech) and their commercial applications
- Design innovation frameworks to integrate future tech into existing product ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board of directors
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Create risk mitigation plans for disruptive technology adoption
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-focused innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years strategic tech experience
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps for 2025+ horizons
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology innovation management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-tech commercialization projects
