Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ technology innovation strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Create technology roadmaps with 3-5 year vision and actionable quarterly milestones
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI tracking and risk assessment
- Mentor junior strategists and build a world-class innovation ecosystem
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies to market
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or biotech)
- Strategic planning certification or advanced degree in relevant field
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Experience managing innovation budgets >$3M with measurable outcomes
