Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, biotech interfaces, decentralized systems)
- Analyze emerging tech trends and regulatory landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with R&D to translate theoretical innovations into scalable products
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and external stakeholders through data-driven frameworks
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development lifecycle
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ years in future-focused roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, neuromorphic computing)
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $10M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFP) or Technology Foresight
- Experience managing distributed R&D teams across global markets
