Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) with 2026+ commercial viability
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment for technological disruption
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build cross-functional innovation task forces with industry partners
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional analytical and data modeling capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
