Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or AR/VR
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products with $10M+ impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Certifications in Agile/Scrum, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), or Technology Foresight preferred
