Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps spanning 2024-2026, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify and assess emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategic positioning
- Collaborate with R&D to translate futuristic concepts into feasible product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate innovation
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, technology forecasting, or innovation leadership
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
