Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members
- Build partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI tracking
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation culture
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI/ML, blockchain, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and sustainability
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents/articles)
