Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends

- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive tech shifts
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and digital sovereignty
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry consortiums
- Present technology roadmaps to executive leadership and investor stakeholders
- Drive innovation through internal hackathons and external tech scouting initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of executing multi-year technology transformation projects
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical concepts into ROI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
