Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployed in critical infrastructure
- Identify and prioritize emerging technologies with $1B+ market potential by 2026
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Manage R&D budgets exceeding $50M for experimental technology incubation
- Author white papers on societal impacts of neuro-symbolic AI integration
- Coordinate with UN technology task forces on sustainable development goals
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning or AGI
- Proven track record of launching technologies with >$500M market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning for exponential technologies
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech policy frameworks
- Experience with distributed ledger systems and post-quantum cryptography
- Certified in Future Foresight methodologies (e.g., from WFS or APF)
