Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and climate adaptation sectors
- Present strategic foresight briefings to executive boards and government entities
- Curate annual 'Future State' summit convening 200+ global innovators
- Author white papers on ethical AI governance and sustainable urbanization
- Mentor cross-functional teams in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning or trend analysis at enterprise level
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal transformation
- Proficiency in foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex scenarios into executable strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
