- Lead cross-functional 'Future Teams' in prototyping and validating breakthrough concepts through rapid experimentation
- Establish foresight frameworks to anticipate industry shifts and competitive disruptions 3-5 years ahead
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and investment priorities
- Champion a culture of 'future-proofing' through thought leadership and internal innovation workshops
- Collaborate with global R&D partners to integrate cutting-edge breakthroughs into product pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurist consulting, or technology leadership with proven 2025+ impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruption forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Experience building and leading cross-functional innovation teams in fast-evolving markets
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
