Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Design strategic innovation frameworks for clients adopting AI, biotech, and quantum systems
- Develop scenario-planning models for climate resilience and sustainable futures
- Facilitate executive workshops on exponential technology adoption and workforce transformation
- Author quarterly futurist reports distributed to 10,000+ industry leaders
- Manage cross-functional teams of data scientists, UX designers, and domain experts
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research or thought leadership
- Expertise in at least three exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Experience leading cross-continental teams across 3+ time zones
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of behavioral economics and human-computer interaction
