Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technology adoption
- Lead scenario planning workshops identifying disruptive market shifts in 2026+ ecosystems
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Design ethical innovation governance protocols for autonomous systems and biotech applications
- Present strategic futures to Fortune 500 clients and investor networks
- Build proprietary trend intelligence database using NLP and predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' incubating moonshot projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record publishing trend reports or thought leadership on exponential technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, quantum computing applications, or synthetic biology
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive technology adoption strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
