Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends impacting business and society by 2026
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing advancements
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market viability
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven visualizations
- Establish cross-functional partnerships with industry leaders and academic institutions
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks for continuous trend monitoring
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and technology impact assessment
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACIF or Foresight Practitioner)
