Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints exploring quantum computing, biotech convergence, and neural interfaces
- Produce scenario plans and disruption assessments for emerging technologies
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into development roadmaps
- Build and maintain ecosystem of academic, startup, and industry thought leaders
- Deliver executive briefings on paradigm shifts affecting our industry verticals
- Curate innovation labs testing human-AI collaboration paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, corporate foresight, or emerging tech roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology adoption frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Foresight Platform, Trendalyzer)
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into executive action plans
