Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, quantum, and biotech sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive future trends
- Curate and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic pioneers
- Translate complex exponential technologies into actionable business strategies
- Author seminal thought leadership pieces on humanity's trajectory toward 2026
- Oversee Horizon Dynamics' Future Council with representatives from 15+ countries
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Published author or keynote speaker on exponential technologies or future studies
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics, or climate tech
- Proven track record of guiding organizations through paradigm shifts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Fluency in futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation initiatives launched since 2020
