Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps integrating emerging technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market shifts
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for global sustainability challenges
- Partner with C-suite executives to align R&D investments with future industry demands
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech ethics and governance
- Design and prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation incubator lab
- Mentor internal talent in future-thinking methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for emerging tech sectors
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Strong facilitation skills with C-level executives across diverse domains
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ innovation projects launched with measurable impact
