Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps integrating exponential technologies into core business operations
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership on future disruption scenarios
- Identify and evaluate high-impact startup partnerships and M&A opportunities in frontier tech
- Design and pilot futuristic customer experience prototypes using AR/VR and metaverse platforms
- Present foresight findings through compelling data visualizations and executive narratives
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies and agile foresight practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology roadmapping frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation portfolio
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent practical experience
